Arab African International Bank (LEED Certificate – Gold)

The project encompasses over 32,000 m² of low-rise office facilities designed to serve as the new headquarters and a consumer bank branch. Located within the "One Ninety" Masterplan in New Cairo, it acts as a gateway to a larger mixed-use community attracting international businesses. The design features the "AAIB Exchange Hub," including a working lobby, conference rooms, and communal areas for up to 2,700 employees, addressing sustainability, privacy, security, and modern health protocols.
