AUC Expansion Project_ Student Housing (LEED Certificate – Silver)
American University in Cairo - AUC • 2026
The project features a total built-up area (BUA) of 15,493 sqm. The firm provided sustainability consultancy and solid waste management during the design stage. It played a key role in guiding the project to achieve LEED v4.1 Silver certification, supporting the university's commitment to environmental stewardship and high-performance building design.
Arab African International Bank (LEED Certificate – Gold)

The project encompasses over 32,000 m² of low-rise office facilities designed to serve as the new headquarters and a consumer bank branch. Located within the "One Ninety" Masterplan in New Cairo, it acts as a gateway to a larger mixed-use community attracting international businesses. The design features the "AAIB Exchange Hub," including a working lobby, conference rooms, and communal areas for up to 2,700 employees, addressing sustainability, privacy, security, and modern health protocols.
Qatar Red Crescent Building (GSAS)
EHAF Consulting Engineers • 2026
The project covers a land plot of 41,572 m2, consisting of a basement, ground, first, and second floors, along with a functional/operational roof. The total built-up area is approximately 45,000 m2. The building unifies QRCS’s multilateral services under one roof, acting as a civil and social landmark that reflects the organization’s humanitarian approach and elevates its global stature. The firm provided engineering and sustainability consultancy to guide the project toward achieving the GSAS certification.

Jizan General Hospital - 500 Beds.
The hospital is located in Jizan city, situated in the southwest corner of Saudi Arabia on the northern border of Yemen. The project sits on a land plot of about 366,944 sqm with a maximum height of 38m. The total built-up area is 134,014 sqm with a capacity of 500 beds.
Jeddah Maternity and Children Hospital - 400 Beds
The hospital is located in Jeddah with a total built-up area of 82,000 sqm and a maximum height of 40m on a total plot of 87,000 sqm. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art healthcare technology with a capacity of 400 beds.
AL IMAN General Hospital – Riyadh 200 Beds
Iman General Hospital is a public hospital located in Riyadh, providing outstanding medical services through a wide range of specialties. The project comprises a nine (9) story building with a total height of 36m. It has a total built-up area of 53,876 sqm and a capacity of 215 beds.
King SALMAN Emergency Tower – Riyadh 200 Beds
The emergency tower is located in the city of Riyadh and comprises a twelve (12) story tower with a total height of 49m. It has a total built-up area of 45,000 sqm and a capacity of 200 beds

It consists of 1,300 beds in a general hospital and five specialty hospitals, as well as retail outlets, a hotel, a mosque, and housing. It is designed to de-institutionalize healthcare through patient and family-centric delivery and the integration of the built and natural environment.

This project is part of King Abdullah’s vision to create world-class healthcare centers. It consists of 1,350 beds in a general hospital and five specialty hospitals, along with retail outlets, a hotel, a mosque, and housing. It is designed for patient and family-centric healthcare delivery through the integration of the built and natural environment. Scope of work included engineering, sustainable design, and construction.
