AUC Expansion Project_ Student Housing (LEED Certificate – Silver)

The project features a total built-up area (BUA) of 15,493 sqm. The firm provided sustainability consultancy and solid waste management during the design stage. It played a key role in guiding the project to achieve LEED v4.1 Silver certification, supporting the university's commitment to environmental stewardship and high-performance building design.
